In uncontested divorce cases, where there are no significant disputes concerning money, property, child custody, or child support, we offer representation on a flat fee basis.

Owing to the cost, time and stress associated with litigation, negotiated resolutions of family law matters are usually preferable to trial.  We work tenaciously on behalf of clients in mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution to pursue favorable negotiated outcomes.  We emphasize practical, cost-effective solutions.  When necessary, however, we will draw upon our civil trial experience to take cases to trial.

In high net worth divorces, we will work with other professionals concerning asset valuation and property distribution.  Issues that can arise in such cases include marital asset valuation, business valuation, hidden assets, debt division, spousal support or maintenance, and family business/closely held corporation division.
